Correct! We technically cannot access your files. Here's how:

• Files are encrypted with AES-256 in your browser
• Encryption keys never leave your device
• We only see encrypted blobs of data
• Even our staff cannot decrypt your files

We use military-grade AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by banks and governments. All encryption happens client-side in your browser using Web Crypto API.

Optional password protection adds an additional layer with PBKDF2 key derivation.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you recover password-protected files. This is by design - it's the price of true zero-knowledge privacy.

Files without passwords can still be accessed with your download code. We recommend using a password manager.

We store a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of your file on the Polygon blockchain. This proves:

• Your file hasn't been tampered with
• The file existed at a specific time
• Complete integrity verification
• Public verifiability (anyone can check)

We support all file types with these limits:

• Free Plan: 500MB per file, unlimited uploads
• Premium Plan: 2GB per file
• Pay-as-you-go: Up to 5GB per file

Supported previews: PDF, images, videos, text files, and more.

Files are distributed across multiple secure servers in countries with strong data protection laws (EU, Switzerland, Canada).

Regional preferences and custom storage locations are available for premium users.
